A. Customers

When you become a customer of Proceed Holdings Limited, we collect information about you including (but not limited to) your name, your employer’s name, your work address (including your country location), and your email address.

We process your personal information in order to provide you with the product  and service you have purchased, undertake standard business functions such as billing, and to inform you of relevant events, content, and other benefits or opportunities. Proceed Holdings Limited may also use this information to help us understand our customers’ needs and interests, to better tailor our products and services to meet those needs.

B. Live events and web conferences

Proceed Holdings Limited hosts many events throughout the year, as well as live web conferences (collectively “events”). If you register for one of our events and you are a customer, we will access the information in your customer account to provide you with information and services associated with the event. If you are not a customer and you register for one of our events, we will collect your name and contact information, which we will store in our database(s) and use to provide you with information and services associated with the event.

If you are a presenter at one of our events, we will collect information about you including your name, employer and contact information, and photograph, and we may also collect information provided by event attendees who evaluated your performance as a presenter. We may also make and store a recording of your voice and likeness in certain instances.

We keep a record of your participation in Proceed Holdings Limited events as an attendee or presenter. This information may be used to provide you with information about other events and publications. It may also be used to help the Proceed Holdings Limited understand our customers’ needs and interests to better tailor our products and services to meet your needs.

When you apply for a job with any part of the Proceed group, we will process the data you submit  in order to facilitate your application. We only accept applications in relation to advertised vacancies. We will not accept speculative applications.

What types of information do we process?

We process the job application data you submit to us, such as:

Name, address, email address, telephone number, or other contact information;

Information contained in your CV or cover letter, such as previous work experience, education, or other information you provide for our consideration;

Type of employment sought, desired salary, willingness to relocate, or other job preferences, and

Names and contact information for referrals It is your responsibility to obtain consent from references before providing their personal information to us.

For the avoidance of doubt, Proceed does not wish to receive any confidential or proprietary (or patented) information which you have received from your previous employers.

Who may access your data?

Only select employees of Proceed – such as your potential future manager(s), employees of the Human Resources Department, and IT (for maintenance purposes only) – and select employees of our external service providers who support Proceed with the administration of recruitment applications, have access to your Job Application Data.

Proceed is a global organisation, with businesses, legal entities, IT systems, management structures and processes that cross borders. Job Application Data may be shared with other Proceed entities in other jurisdictions, for employment consideration purposes. Proceed will not supply any data to any third party other than those identified in our privacy notice without your express authorisation.

For what purposes will Job Application Data be used?

The Job Application Data you provide will be used to assess your application for employment at Proceed (or any affiliated Proceed entity), to verify your information and conduct reference checks, and to communicate with you. If you accept employment with Proceed, the information collected will become part of your employment record and will be used for employment purposes.

How long will we keep your data?
